2009 Special Year!
Inaugural Issue! Usually, every Dec 1 - 31, we give out a "Holiday mug" to all class card holders. This year we are giving out Bronze 2009 Eyes of the World coins. Civilizations come and go, but the coins they produce live on long after. See below the gold coin from the Kushan empire with Vasudev and Shiva. The intention of an Eyes of the World coin is to give you something to keep in your pocket to remind you meditate everyday. We believe that cultivating the depth of your awareness is the single most important non-activity in your life. In order to get your coin, you must have a current class card and come to the Coin Registry Manager (Tom) before or after one of his classes between Dec 1 and Dec 30. He will personally register your coin. Don't go to the other teachers asking for your coin. You won't get it. They are not official Coin Registry Managers. Bronze If you like the coin and would like to support Eyes of the World, please purchase extra "Verbronze" coins for $10 each or 5 for $45 donation. The bronze coins are not encased in a airtite holder as shown in the picture. |
Inaugural Issue!
Silver Wow! There were 50 (fifty) one ounce .999 Pure Silver coins produced. This is the real thing. Pure silver! With a mintage so low, you will have a numismatic rarity on your hands, as well as supporting classes at Eyes of the World. How can you lose? $75 donation. All silver coins will be encased in an airtite holder to protect them from scratches. Coins available for purchase now. If you would like to purchase bronze or silver coins, there are two ways to do it: online or in person. In person, you save shipping charges. Below is a gold coin from the Kushan Empire. Vasudev is offering rice into a yagna. On the reverse is Shiva and Nandi. The breathing sequence that often shows up at Eyes of the World classes was created in the kashmir region during the Kushan empire. |
